Leon and the band play in Lake Tahoe tonight
and finish up their long west coast trip tomorrow night in Redding,
CA (see
article) after 19 shows in 23 days. Hope all of you in the vicinity
were able to come out and see a show.
Leon also spent some time in the studio while in California this
week and recorded two newly written songs. Both songs will be released
later this year as bonus tracks on the album "Bad Country"
which was previously available for only a short time at Leon's shows
in 2003. The title track "Bad Country" has Leon only on
piano and vocals. Band members Cody Chesterfield (drums) and Scott
Boyer (guitar) join Leon on "Come Away With Me".
